work focuses on understanding how different
ownership structures can support long-term
value creation, and how companies can more
effectively implement and scale broad-based
employee ownership. We recently reviewed the
EFES Annual Economic Survey of Employee Share
Ownership (2025) and found it to be an exceptionally
valuable resource-particularly given its comprehensive
coverage of large European companies and the
level of detail on ownership structures, participation,
and governance. As part of this work, we are
seeking to better understand the factors that
drive meaningful uptake and sustained participation
in employee ownership programs. Thank you

in this space-it has been incredibly helpful
in shaping our approach."
